WHO IS ELIGIBLE ::

To enter and be eligible to win, you must be a legal resident of the 50 United States or Washington, D.C. who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, or a legal resident of Canada (resident in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, or British Columbia only) who has reached the age of majority or older in your province of residence at the time of entry, and have a valid email address.

Starts September 4, 2013 at 9:00:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends October 29, 2013 at 5:00:00 PM CT.

PRIZES ::

WEEKLY SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES (8): Burritos for a year (1 burrito per week; calculated as 52 $6.00 Taco Del Mar® burritos (in the US) or 52 $7.00 Taco Del Mar® burritos (in Canada)), awarded as USD$315.00 in Taco Del Mar® gift cards (for US residents) or CAD$365.00 in Taco Del Mar® gift cards (for Canadian residents). Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Prize: USD $315.00/CAD $365.00).

SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE (1): The Grand Prize Winner will receive: one (1) trip for Winner and one (1) guest to the Baja Peninsula. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near the Winner’s home within the U.S. or Canada, (airport, carrier and airline ticket class selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor) to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, one (1) double occupancy standard accommodation for six (6) days/five (5) nights (accommodation and airfare to be selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor), and meals at the resort property (three (3) meals per day) which are included in the meal plan. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including ground transportation, additional meals (restaurants outside of resort/meal plan), gratuities, travel documents, tax, personal expenses and all other expenses, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Travel must be booked before March 31, 2014 and taken between December 1, 2013 and December 31, 2014. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: USD $3,500.00/CAD $3,600.00, but will vary depending on Winner’s point of departure and airfare fluctuations.
